When you are exercising, eating right and getting enough sleep, everything else in life seems to fall into place. These 3 components compliment each other and when they are in sync wonderful things happen, you see the world more clearly and you have set yourself up for a fantastic life.
Strength training and cardiovascular work are essential components for you to be at your best! One day in your program could be a one-mile walk or a bike ride. it is important to be active every day.
It doesn't matter what level you are at, get started if you haven't already, and improve at a logical speed.
You can have all the great workouts in the world and if your nutrition is lacking, your results will be slacking. New healthy eating habits will also have a tremendous impact on your health, attitude, energy levels, moods and longevity.
Start with small steps and progress in a reasonable efficient manner.
It is simple, when your exercise program is under control and your food intake is on the money, you will sleep great. These three components work hand in hand, when one is out of alignment, it will affect the other two.
If possible, start with a set time to hit the bed and get up at the same time each morning.
Once you have your workouts, nutrition plan and your sleep under control, the next step is setting your goals. This can be done for the next 6 months, 1 year or 3 years. When your goals are set, the next step is creating your daily action plan focused on your goals. Now you are on the right track!
